UV radiation is present throughout the year and can have both beneficial and harmful effects. Prolonged exposure to the sun can lead to sunburn, skin discolouration and an increased risk of skin cancer.

A shirt made from standard cotton provides only minimal protection against harmful UV rays. In this case, the UPF rating is around 5, meaning that approximately 1/5 of UV radiation can reach the skin. This is simply too much.

Our clothing features UPF 50 protection, meaning the fabric provides up to 98% protection against UV radiation.

The fabric is also quick-drying, while integrated silver ions help inhibit the growth of bacteria and prevent the formation of unpleasant odours.

On hot days, the fabric also provides a cooling effect, helping you stay comfortable even in high temperatures.
